Measuring the success
of creative team building; Quest Evaluation
In
order to measure the success of an event. We use the QUESTevaluation™
process. This is a systematic approach used throughout the team building
event to ensuring a clear understanding and measurement of the following
three things within the team:

A team’s current
position and issues within the organisation
-
The
immediate post intervention position (how
your team is working together straight after undertaking the team
building exercise)
-
The subsequent
reinforcement strategies put into place back in the office or work
environment to ensure the continuing success of your team.
Measurement and reporting during the team building event can be at a
variety of levels up to and including implementation of the Myers
Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) & other professional psychological
analysis tests which use models like Tuckman's
team development model and can explore team roles such as Belbin's
team roles.
