Quest are providers of team building and team development events. Our extensive knowledge is based on many years of professional training, event planning and and outdoor education and exercises. Added to this our experience of team performance at all levels provides real added value to our clients.

Our team and associate consultants have management and training experience from a variety of backgrounds including banking, retail, the hospitality sector, the oil industry and the armed forces.

Quest has trained practitioners in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) facilitation

In 2001 Quest were appointed as exclusive training partners of Challenger World, organisers of the UK's largest charity based corporate competitions. Since then we have helped in team selection and trained teams to prepare for and undertake the Challenge - currently the Microsoft UK Challenge - in June each year.
