Quest
work as a Team Development vendor for Microsoft. Quest’s values mirror
those of Microsoft, particularly in terms of being self critical, trustworthy,
honest and reliable. For the 2005 Challenger event a member of the Quest
team stepped in at the last minute to support the Microsoft sponsored
Multi-Ability team as an able bodied helper supporting wheelchair bound
athletes around the course - acting every inch as an ambassador for
Microsoft. Quests’ ability to take on big challenges and provide Microsoft
with an outstanding level of service makes them worthy winners of this
year’s Service Excellence Award.

was fantastic. The task met the brief perfectly in so much that I wanted
a fun afternoon event where the teams would be challenged mentally, physically
and in some case socially especially as they were forced to work with
those in the division that they normally would spend little if any time
